One girl I know, a vice president with her company, is ostensibly teaching classes, she claims, on the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare; AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW A DAMN THING ABOUT IT!! But she's fooled a lot of people, including herself, into thinking she knows something about it.   
But she does know  what the best vodka's are, and the best forms of contraception. What can be said? One company's so hard up looking for a respectable "vice president", they find an alcoholic shag-toy nearing 50.
I guess all the good people have left the country?
