And, sorry! Merely resigning or being impeached isn't enough! Biden simply assuming the office doesn't make it! He'd have to be impeached and/or brought up on charges as being complicit in the fraud!
Not to mention impeaching Kagan & Sotomayor; or @ least nullifying their appointments to the Supreme Court.
