Army natioanl guard troops conducting "wellness checks", by shoving the barrel of an M16 up people's noses? Why stop there? Why even ring their doorbells, or knock? Why don't they roll out the heavy armor like the Bradley APC's and M1 tanks onto people's front lawns, train the main gun on the front door & ask 'em through a bullhorn if they'll turn their head & cough.
