A deranged, sick, near criminal mindset, occupying the highest elective office in the western hemisphere, which hates America, hates Americans, hates the Constitution, & rules by fiat(through Executive Orders), is now taking over psychiatry?!?! If this isn't giving the fox the keys to the chicken coup, I don't know what is!!
