These. for Russia, are the screamin' fanatics! The hardcores, the ones you've seen on the tv show "Deadliest Warriors", competing with our Special Forces(and they're actually given a slight edge). Now they're going to be training on US soil, with US forces & US gear & weapons, against some, as of yet, very dictatorially & subjectively defined "enemy combatants" or, as here, "international terrorists"?
I believe it was under the Clintons, the FBI opened up an office, here, where the KGB, now FSB, could come & train & compare notes; and they opened an office over there(I believe it's in Moscow) where our FBI could do the same?
Are my concerns/reservations a little ill-founded? In World War II would we train and work with Germany's Schutz Staffel(SS) & Sturm Abteilung(SA)?
