For Rep Rangel, saying "cracker" to an Irishman is akin to saying "nigger" for a Negro. And newsflash, even during the U.S. 's early years for the Irish, a common saying was look for the job even a black won't do, THERE YOU WILL FIND THE IRISH BUSTING THEIR ARS ON IT! The Irish just don't have a Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton around to foment unrest; they're working!
